John B. Lessley creates marketing plans and works with plan sponsors and outside vendors to promote Dimensional strategies in the defined contribution market. Prior to joining Dimensional, he spent six years at Trust Company of the West, marketing the firm's investment capabilities to plan sponsors. John has also held similar sales roles at Charles Schwab and Dean Witter. He holds a BS in finance from California State University, Fullerton.
