Joseph Chi joined Dimensional in 2005 as a portfolio manager on the international equity team. Together with Jed Fogdall and Karen Umland, Joe coordinates the efforts of Dimensional's international equity portfolio management team in the US and oversees the day-to-day management of all US-domiciled international equity strategies. Previously a securities and finance attorney, Joe specialized in venture capital, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.
Joe earned his MBA from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles in 2005 with a concentration in finance. He is a CFA Charterholder who also holds a J.D. from the University of Southern California, and a B.S. in electrical engineering from UCLA.
